Hi, I’m Weston. I am currently a corps member with Teach For America in Baltimore, Maryland and a graduate student in education at The Johns Hopkins University. Before joining TFA I studied at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Education where I earned my Ed.M. in Higher Education. While at Harvard I served in the admissions offices at Harvard Law School and the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where I reviewed files and aided in other areas of recruitment. I have completed coursework in higher education management, policy, and economics. I am passionate about applicants finding their voice through writing and determining the best institutional fit, particularly in undergraduate and law school admissions.

My interest in higher education admissions emerged from my work as an undergraduate at Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA. I received my B.A. cum laude in History and Government and completed my undergraduate thesis on early American higher education. I remain involved with my alma mater through the F&M Admissions Network and Maryland Chapter Council. I have a particular interest in education equity, the history and future of American higher education, and I am a dedicated junkie of higher education news and policy.
